The Inner Shift — A Four-Week Immersion with Josette
— A Four-Week Immersion · Online —

The Inner Shift.

Your power was never out there.
It was always within.

Four Weeks · Live Q&A With Josette · Cohort Thread

You have spent a long time looking out there for the answer
to a question only in here can answer.

— An invitation to come home.

— The Premise —

What if it was never true?

The Inner Shift is not about becoming someone new.
It is the quiet remembering of who you have always been.

Most of what we have been told is fixed about us — our bodies, our stories, our capacity, our future — was never fixed at all. It was inherited. Borrowed. Agreed to. Believed.

And belief is the most pliable thing about being human.

This is a four-week immersion in that pliability. Not as a concept. As a practice. You will be guided home to the seat of your own power — the place that culturally and societally we are told is somewhere else, with someone else, in some other version of you that hasn't arrived yet.

It is here. It was always here.

— For You —

If any of this is true for you.

You have been told something about yourself is permanent — and a quiet part of you has never agreed.
You sense the work now is no longer about learning more — it is about returning to what you already know.
You are ready to stop outsourcing your knowing to people, systems, and authorities that were never inside your body.
You feel the pull of something you cannot yet name — and you trust it enough to follow it for four weeks.
You are not looking to be fixed. You are ready to remember you were never broken.

— The Four Weeks —

The arc of return.

A movement from what no longer serves to the knowing
of what has always been true — and intimately communing
with your inner power.

— Week One —

The Unlearning

Recognizing what was never yours.

We begin with the beliefs you have been carrying as facts. The diagnoses, the inheritances, the verdicts handed down by people who were certain — and were wrong. Not to argue with them. To see them clearly enough that they loosen their grip.

— Week Two —

The Listening

Hearing what's been waiting beneath.

Beneath the noise of what you were told is a quieter voice that has been with you the whole time. Your own. This week we practice the art of hearing it — through stillness, through writing, through the body, through the small daily rituals that turn the volume of the outer world down.

— Week Three —

The Returning

Coming home to the seat of your power.

Power is not something to be built. It is something to be returned to. This week is the homecoming — the felt recognition that the source you have been searching for has been the one doing the searching. We move from concept to embodied knowing.

— Week Four —

The Living

Practicing the truth in daily life.

A knowing that lives only in retreat is not yet a knowing. This week we bring it down into the ordinary — the morning, the body, the conversation, the doorway, the decision. The truth that holds in your real life is the truth that is yours to keep.

— The Container —

How we begin. How we close.

An immersion is not a course. It has a threshold to enter
and a thread to carry forward.

— The Threshold —

A written intake.

Before week one begins, you will be invited into a quiet written reflection. Not a form. A meeting with yourself. What you bring to the threshold is what the four weeks will meet you in.

— The Thread —

An integration practice.

The immersion does not end. It is folded into a single practice you will design for yourself in week four — a small daily anchor that carries the inner shift forward into the ordinary. Yours to keep.

— What's Included —

The architecture of the four weeks.

i.

Weekly Teachings

A foundational teaching for each of the four weeks — delivered to you in writing and in voice, to be received on your own time, in your own season. No rush. No catching up.

ii.

Live Q&A with Josette

A live gathering each week — not a lecture, a conversation. Bring what is alive in you and meet it in real time with someone who has walked the wall and discovered it was air.

iii.

The Cohort Thread

A private space for the women moving through the immersion alongside you. Not a noisy forum. A thread — quieter, slower, where what you write is met with care, not commentary.

iv.

Practices & Reflections

Small daily rituals, written prompts, and embodied practices that meet the teaching where it actually lives — in the body, the breath, the ordinary morning.

v.

The Threshold & The Thread

An opening intake reflection and a closing integration practice — the entry into the work, and the practice you carry forward when the four weeks have closed.

— What You Carry Forward —

What stays when this is over.

The work of an immersion is not the four weeks.
It is what you keep when they close.

A daily practice

That is yours. Not borrowed. Not prescribed. Designed in your own hand to fit your own life.

A body of writing

The record of what you met, what you released, and what you returned to over four weeks.

A felt knowing

That your power was never elsewhere — and you no longer need anyone to confirm it for you.

A tool you keep

One simple, portable practice for the days the noise gets loud and the knowing gets quiet.

— The Invitation —

If you've read this far, you already know.

The Inner Shift is for the woman who is not waiting for permission to begin. You have felt the pull through every line of this page. That is the voice we will spend four weeks learning to listen to.
