Most of what we have been told is fixed about us — our bodies, our stories, our capacity, our future — was never fixed at all. It was inherited. Borrowed. Agreed to. Believed.
And belief is the most pliable thing about being human.
This is a four-week immersion in that pliability. Not as a concept. As a practice. You will be guided home to the seat of your own power — the place that culturally and societally we are told is somewhere else, with someone else, in some other version of you that hasn't arrived yet.

of what has always been true — and intimately communing
with your inner power.
— Week One —
Recognizing what was never yours.
We begin with the beliefs you have been carrying as facts. The diagnoses, the inheritances, the verdicts handed down by people who were certain — and were wrong. Not to argue with them. To see them clearly enough that they loosen their grip.
— Week Two —
Hearing what's been waiting beneath.
Beneath the noise of what you were told is a quieter voice that has been with you the whole time. Your own. This week we practice the art of hearing it — through stillness, through writing, through the body, through the small daily rituals that turn the volume of the outer world down.

Coming home to the seat of your power.
Power is not something to be built. It is something to be returned to. This week is the homecoming — the felt recognition that the source you have been searching for has been the one doing the searching. We move from concept to embodied knowing.

Practicing the truth in daily life.
A knowing that lives only in retreat is not yet a knowing. This week we bring it down into the ordinary — the morning, the body, the conversation, the doorway, the decision. The truth that holds in your real life is the truth that is yours to keep.
