In 2011, Josette was told she would never dance again. Advanced rheumatoid arthritis. A lifetime of medications ahead. Instead, she chose to heal.

She built the world's most successful Zumba class while disabled. She reversed her condition naturally. They called it a medical miracle.

But what she learned wasn't just about her. It's that your body knows how to heal when you align your energy first. That movement is medicine. That transformation happens in the body, not just the mind.

What if I'm not a dancer or don't have experience with movement?

This immersion is designed for all levels. The focus is on feeling, not performance. Josette guides you with compassion, meeting you exactly where you are.

How much time do I need each day?

Plan for 20-45 minutes daily, depending on which practice you choose. Some days are movement-focused, others are lighter ritual and reflection days.

What if I miss a live session?

All live sessions are recorded and added to your portal within 24 hours. You have lifetime access to replay everything.

What's the difference between Embody and Illuminate?

Embody gives you the complete foundational experience. Illuminate adds deeper identity work, extended classes, VIP ceremonies, and direct access to Josette.

Can I do this during the holidays?
