I didn't plan to
become this person.
In 2011, I was diagnosed with advanced rheumatoid arthritis. I was a young mom. I'd trained at Juilliard and Joffrey as a teenager — my body was my whole identity. And then I couldn't open a jar.
I spent nights terrified. I spent mornings pretending I wasn't. I sat in doctor's offices being told what my life would look like now — smaller, more careful, managed. I nodded and went home and cried in the shower.
Nobody handed me a path. There was no program. I figured it out in real time — the nutrition, the movement, the emotional work I'd been avoiding my whole life, the spiritual reckoning I didn't know I needed. It was messy. Some of it I got wrong before I got it right.
I spent years after that refining what I'd learned — understanding why it worked, not just that it did. HEALED is all of it. The actual framework — the real one, the ugly-cry-in-the-car one — organized into 28 lessons so you don't have to piece it together alone the way I did.
