For more than two decades, my life has been an exploration of one enduring truth:
That we possess far more agency than we have been conditioned to believe.
My own journey began in one of the darkest seasons of my life. I was diagnosed with advanced rheumatoid arthritis and told my disease was incurable.
What followed was more than a healing journey. It was a complete shift in how I understood possibility, responsibility, and the role we play in creating our lives.
As I rebuilt my health, my work, and my future, I came to believe something profoundly simple:
We are not merely shaped by our lives.
We participate in shaping them.
Today, my work is devoted to helping others reclaim that same authorship.
